My professional life was made possible by my Wellesley diploma. Even though I had no courses in Education, I got my first teaching job because of the weight of my Wellesley diploma. I got my first job at Chase Manhattan Bankfor the same reason. The first interview ended productively with the interviewer's sentence, "Oh, you went to Wellesley. We have had excellent experience with Wellesley graduates."
